Design complex, custom, and long-term recruiting solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Present proposed solutions to prospective clients, including senior leadership and executives. This often includes production of creative illustrations and graphics that accurately portray a solution design and intent.

Partnering with our other COEs, I provide the leadership for nurturing the critical components that make for great talent acquisition operations, and for strategically applying those best practices to deliver RPO solutions that truly address the unique business challenges that companies face every day.
